Our faculty has an excellent academic career coupled with training in teaching and adequate work experience in some of the top schools of the Kashmir valley and district Kargil. As for as the academic curriculum goes MPHS Saliskote, follows the JK BOSE syllabus for all its classes, i.e. from 1st to 10th. Well equipped Science and Computer lab is provided to ensure that students get adequate exposure in their practical classes. Special attention is also given to weak students. Besides these facilities, there are provisions for the summer and the winter coaching at school campus for providing competitive age to the students. Career counseling programmes are conducted by experts to guide the students on the path of their inclination and useful tips are given to the students of the higher classes regarding their career options and different competitive exams like MBBS,NET, SET, CAT, KAS, etc.
To support English and Urdu language skills amongst the young students separate classes are taken for teaching English and Urdu grammar with proper guidelines by our expert teachers in both the languages. And the students are provided with adequate opportunity to talk in English and Urdu only, during their classes and other programmes.
The school also conducts essay competition both in English and Urdu subjects, quiz programmes, debates, discussions and seminars on the various hot topics related to different walks of life to create the real competitive edge amongst our students.
