 The
MUTAHHARY PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL (MPHS), Saliskote was established on 20th April, 1993. The foundation stone of the school was laid by the Chairman
Alhaj Aga Syed Mohammad Kazim Sabiri. The institute was established on the name of one of the great and renowned Islamic scholar; teacher and writer
Ustaad Syed Murtaza Mutahhary, whose teachings, writings, speeches and revolutionary work are a big treasure, source of knowledge and information and a beacon light for us. His work is also extremely useful in making our living sublime and smooth. The aim of establishing such a school is to guide and train the students on the footsteps of Choda Maas-u Meen – Pak (AS) in order to produce and prepare the characters like Shaheed Murtaza Mutahhary of all the times to fight and overcome the present and coming challenges with the power of their pens and actions.
The aim of establishing such an educational institute is also to eradicate illiteracy, ignorance and superstitious beliefs among the people of society. Since the beginning the school has been imparting both worldwide and religious education to the children of Saliskote including the children of neighboring villages also. The product (students) of the institute is today serving the society in the form of social servants like Doctors, Teachers, Lecturers and Engineers etc.
The Chairman and the School Management has left no stone unturned so for to keep the school on the track of progress and development and they are looking forward to bring other inevitable and innovative changes to achieve the new heights of success. Life at MPHS, Saliskote
Once a child is admitted in our school, he/she becomes a member of the MPHS family; the child faces a totally different world. A world where the spirit of brotherhood, teamwork and service transcends all other feelings. Former/Ex students visit the school for the valuable suggestions and services to feel always they to be the part of the MPHS family.
MPHS Saliskote arranges a temporary hostel system of four months for the students of higher classes; with the vision of revising the syllabi of all these classes well in time before their annual examination and to show excellent performance in their annual examination results. Remedial classes are arranged for the weak students as routine step of teaching at hostel.
During the temporary hostel system, each child comes under the care and guidance of a housemaster/warden. We take care to provide nutritious and timely meals to all our students. The hostel provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals as per the hostel menu.
The MPHS hostel experience becomes a way of life and the foundation of many a successful candidates and many more happy lives.
